If this will be your first elliptical purchase, or you need an inexpensive model, Confidence Fitness ellipticals are the ideal choice. The overall price tags on these models are some of the lowest in the market. It’s why we believe they are a perfect fit for any beginner. In addition, Confidence Fitness models are designed to address smaller homes or apartments without enough space.
The quality surrounding Confidence ellipticals is lower when compared to other brands. It’s one of the; “You get what you pay for” mentalities. If you need a higher quality machine, then we recommend you to learn more about the other good options among ellipticals. Keep in mind; this model is good enough to last until you need more features on your elliptical. In the meantime, a basic factory choice could be the best option.
Confidence Fitness 2-in-1 Elliptical Trainer with Seat
One of our favorite ellipticals on the market, this Confidence Fitness model provides two different workout regimens. You can use your basic elliptical workout one day and then switch to a stationary bike workout the next day. It would be expensive to purchase both of these machines separately, so you are already saving money before you even assemble the product.
In order to benefit from both choices, the elliptical has moving handlebars, but you can lock them into place when riding the bike. Plus you can adjust the resistance to increase the workout’s intensity levels.
Unfortunately the Confidence Elliptical 2-in-1 only has one mode; manual. It’s definitely recommended for beginners, but if you need something more advanced, it’s not the best choice.
Confidence Fitness Elliptical Cross Trainer
If you are looking for an option that doesn’t take up a lot of room, the Confidence Fitness Elliptical Cross Trainer is a great choice. Even though it is more compatible with your household, it still offers all the same features a traditional elliptical trainer offers. My favorite part about this elliptical trainer is its “no noise” benefit. It provides a magnetic resistance system so the strides don’t make any noise.
We also like the way this elliptical machine is set up, because it helps prevents strains to your joints. In fact, it is used by several rehabilitation doctors due to the various resistance levels and the ease of changing each one.
Confidence Fitness Space Saving Elliptical Trainer
The most compact elliptical in the Confidence Fitness class. It’s recommended for individuals just starting to use an elliptical for the first time. It’s also a great choice for someone on a tight budget. Whatever the case may be; this model is best for beginners.
However, if you are an intermediate to advanced stationary bike user, we recommend looking at other options. The Confidence Fitness Space Saving elliptical offers a lower quality product, which one of the reasons why the retail price is so low. In addition, it’s extremely lightweight, which is great for moving, but it’s very wobbly when using.
Another obstacle we found dealt with a person’s height. This elliptical model was not built for average to tall people. The handle bars just feel like they should be used by a shorter person. So, if you are 5’10” tall or above, using this Confidence Fitness model might be extremely uncomfortable for you.
Luckily this machine still provides plenty of resistance to give you a fantastic workout. We also found the heart rate monitor to be pretty accurate and enjoyed the benefits of the digital console. It also has a 220lbs. weight capacity and offers six different functions to track:
Just like all the other Confidence Fitness elliptical models, the Space Saving Elliptical Trainer is used by various establishments for rehabilitation purposes. It’s a smart choice if you want a low-impact cardiovascular workout, no matter what ability level.
Just like any other elliptical machine, the Confidence Fitness series is in several households across the world. While we are not personal fans of ellipticals with low-quality builds, we do believe they are best for beginners. Since these models are quite inexpensive, it gives you an opportunity to see if elliptical training is right for you. Then again; if you prefer to spend a little more money and increase your overall workout, you might prefer some of these options:
